According to Andrews there has to be a balance and a dynamic exchange of information including feedback from the living planet.  The program includes discussion on our metaphysical connection to the animal world and understanding the significance of animals to our life, learning to speak with them, the meaning of animal totems, energetic uses of animal feathers/parts and the guidance animals can offer to our lives.  The need to have a stronger connection with nature and how to go about doing this is discussed.  Â
