WBAI Community Based Diabetes and Hypertension Program

The program will involve the selection of community folks who will receive additional training in the monitoring of hypertension and diabetes. They will tend meetings on a regular basis with people who are actively trying to address their diabetic and hypertensive situation. The training of the group leaders will be on May 4th and 11th , 2008
