Through kinesiology Dr Pearman is able to determine hidden causes for a wide variety of problems. This is a rebroadcast of a program from a few years ago with Bruce Fife, the author of Coconut Cures. Mr. Fife dispels the erroneous information concerning coconut oil as a harmful fat. He points out that the oils of tropical plants like the coconut and palm tree can handle higher temperatures when cooking without denaturing . Much of the discrediting of coconut comes from the venders of polyunsaturated fats. Coconut oil can be helpful to the heart and many other organs.
