Proponents of mandatory vaccination were trying to push a bill (bill 10492) thru the NY State legislature sanctioning this. The sheer fallacy in doing this is discussed and indeed this bill was later defeated with the help of parents and practitioners state wide. In the second half of the program Bud Weiss changes hats and speaks about his work with a phenomenal system of breathing developed by a Russian doctor, Dr Konstantin Buteyko. This system of breathing has been repeatedly shown to facilitate patients recovering completely from asthma and other reactive airway diseases. Its also important in the treatment of hypertension. The increase in the expiratory phase of breathing leads normalization of carbon dioxide levels in the blood (increases them) which lead to dilation of arteries and airways.
